This page explains how to book a session, how to pay, and what happens when a booking is cancelled or refunded. For anything not covered here, contact the coach directly.
2. Booking and paying
You book a session from the agenda. Once your email is confirmed, your place is held while you complete payment. You can pay:
- Online, right away — by card (or Apple Pay / Google Pay) or Bancontact. Your booking confirms itself the moment the payment goes through; there is no proof to send.
- With a session pack — if you already hold a pack, booking simply uses one session from it.
- By bank transfer or Payconiq — we email you the details, and the coach confirms your place once the payment arrives. Until it does, the place is held and nothing is charged.
Group passes come in 1, 3, 6 and 12 sessions: €25, €70, €135 and €220. Prices are those shown on the session or pack, VAT included.
3. VAT
Our prices are shown with VAT included. The business currently operates under the franchise scheme, so the VAT applied is 0%. The rate in force is recorded on each purchase at the time of sale.
4. Changing or cancelling your booking
To cancel or move a session, contact your coach — by email, WhatsApp or phone. There is no online cancel button: every cancellation is handled by the coach personally, which lets a freed slot be offered to someone else and lets her look at your situation.
Please give as much notice as you can. The coach decides each case herself, and there are two possible outcomes: your session is reallocated — moved to another date, or returned to your pack to use later — or, if you paid online, refunded. Which one applies depends on the circumstances and how much notice you gave.
A late cancellation or a no-show may still be charged: the session is counted as used, and is neither reallocated nor refunded. What counts as enough notice is arranged with your coach.
5. If we cancel a session
If the coach cancels a session, you lose nothing: a session paid from a pack is returned to it, and an online payment is refunded. We will offer you another time.
6. Refunds
A refund of an online payment is made by the coach to the original payment method, for the full amount of the session concerned. It reaches your statement within a few working days, depending on your bank.
A money refund and a session returned to your pack are two different things: a refund does not take sessions out of your pack, and a returned session is not a money refund.
7. Session packs
Sessions in a pack bought on or after Tuesday, 29 September 2026 are valid for 30 days from the day the payment reaches us (card: at once; bank transfer or Payconiq: when the coach adds the sessions to your pack), until 23:59 Luxembourg time on the last day. A session booked before the deadline counts, even if it takes place later. You are shown the deadline before you pay, on your account page and in your confirmation e-mail, and we remind you by e-mail 7 days before it.
Sessions not booked by the deadline expire and are not refunded. The coach may extend a deadline at their discretion, for example after an injury. If the coach cancels a session paid from your pack, the session is given back to you, valid for another 30 days.
Sessions from packs bought before Tuesday, 29 September 2026 do not expire. An empty pack left untouched for 24 months may be removed; a pack that still holds sessions never is. Packs cannot be exchanged for cash.
